She wasn't my granny but thats what we all knew her as when I went to her home several times with Maxine. She was the nicest lady you'd ever meet, always had some kind of desert made when you was at her house and boy were they all great. Bless her heart! My deepest sympathy goes out to the family!

To Drema, Richard, George, Frankie, Athena, Pearl and Mary ,
I am saddened by the loss of your Mother/sister. My name is Hubert Fletcher. The Fletcher family shared the house with Frankie and Rena at no. 3 East Gulf. The house was next to the black elementary school on the hill. I remember when Drema and Richard were born. Raymond had been born already before we moved there. Later, we moved to the Bayliss homestead next to the Tom Kemers homestead.
George, The last time I saw you was when you returned from the military. You had brought Mother a picture of a woman from Japan. It was in a small rectangular box.
Frankie, the last time I saw you, James and I visited with you and Emily Hensley in a trailor at Lego.
Athena, I remember you living in the house on the side of the hill. Later you married Paul. Tommy was born and I heard you had moved to Baltimore to open an eatery. We were in baltimore this past year and had planned to stop in Baltimore .
Pearl, the last time I saw you , Mother and I visited you at the old homestead.
Mary, the last time I saw you, Earnestine and you were playing in the front yard.
My dad, Carl Fletcher, died at age 66. James my brother died at age 54. Mother, Ruby Fletcher, died a few days short of age 96.
We live in WVa during the summer at 220 Sunset Drive, Lerona, near Pipestem State Park. Duty g the winter, we live in Brandon Florida at 718 Westwood Lane. Our phone
number here is 304 384 9860. Our phone number in Florida is 813 689 5087. Maybe the Lord will provide an opportunity to see each other. If not, we will see you in Heaven.
We offer our sincere condolences to each family member.
Dr. Hubert and Peggy Fletcher
